1. Inflate using a double-tube air pump with a booster cylinder and an inflation nozzle. Compressed air can also be used if a compatible compressed air source is available.

 

2. After inflating or deflating the air tire, the nozzle guard should be put on to prevent damage.

 

3. When removing or inserting the air tire into the steel casing, take care to protect the nozzle to prevent affecting its use.

 

4. To ensure a reliable seal, the air tire inflation pressure can be 0.3 MPa higher than the pipeline pressure. Typically, the air tire inflation pressure ranges from 0.4 to 0.8 MPa.

 

5. When disassembling the pipeline, first remove the nozzle cap, then use a thin stick to release the pressure. After 1-4 seconds, the air tire should return to its original diameter, allowing the center tube to be freely removed from the air tire.

 

6. To protect the air tire, both ends of the steel pipe should have a 15-degree chamfer, and the surface of the steel pipe should be smooth without burrs or dents.

 

7. Before inserting the steel pipe into the pneumatic tire, the tire should be completely deflated; otherwise, the center tube cannot be inserted into the inner tube.

 

8. The center tube between the two pneumatic tires can be a steel pipe or a rubber hose with steel fittings at both ends.
