Introduction To Pneumatic Tube Connectors

Pneumatic tube connectors, also known as pneumatic tubes or flexible tube connectors, are widely used in pipelines with low pressure, large diameter, significant misalignment, and frequent installation and removal, especially suitable for connecting mud tanks in solids control systems in the petroleum industry. The connecting pipeline can be made of fiberglass pipe or rubber hose with connectors at both ends. Fiberglass pipe is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and easy to handle, while rubber hose is flexible and suitable for on-site installation with misaligned pipelines.

Pneumatic tube recovery time after deflation: 1-3 seconds
Standard sizes: 4'' 6'' 8'' 10'' 12'' 14'' 16'' 18'' 20'' Its basic structure mainly consists of a steel shell and a pneumatic tube. The pneumatic tube is equipped with an air nozzle for inflation and deflation. During use, the steel shell is welded to the container or pipeline, the pneumatic tube is inserted into the steel shell, and the central tube extends into the pneumatic tube. After inflation, the pneumatic tube clamps onto the central tube to achieve connection and sealing. After deflation, it recovers its original shape and can be disassembled.
